
Recipe
1/2 kg butternut pumpkin, cut into moons
3 TB Miso Paste
1 Red Chilli (or more to taste)
3 TB Olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and Pepper
Coriander or Parsley to garnish
Sesame seeds to garnish
Mix the miso with the chilli and oils to a relaxed paste. Season with salt and pepper. Coat the pumpkin with the paste and bake at 180 degrees till golden.
Scatter with the sesame seeds and herbs. EAT!!

OMG these were so yummy! My kids don’t like pumpkin and they both ate every little bit on their plate! Incredibly yummy, this has become a regular in our meals 🙂
