My Relationship with Lamb

I have decided I don’t like Lamb. I love watching them play, they are crazy and hilarious…. but I don’t want to eat them.

However, if you do like lamb… here are some suggestions:

Lamb likes:

Anchovies, Parmesan, Lemon Zest and Juice, Rosemary, Honey, Garlic, Mint and Olive Oil.  And of course, Salt and Pepper.

Bash Anchovies, Rosemary, Honey, Lemon Zest, Garlic and Mint in the Mortar and Pestle, add olive oil, salt and pepper and the juice of the lemon.  Coat the lamb with the paste and leave to marinate for 2 hours or overnight if you fancy.

Grill and eat with parmesan polenta or crushed potatoes and wilted spinach
