Crumble

I love a crumble.  Always have, always will.  The beauty is you can use any fruit you have on hand, that needs using and make it UM-BO 🙂  Apple, Rhubarb, Tamarillo, Banana, Berries… or a mix of any of the above.

Stew the fruit till soft with some sugar or honey to taste.

I use equal quantities of:

Butter, Brown Sugar, Rolled Oats and Flour.  Mix, top the stewed fruit and bake at 180 till the topping is golden.

 

**Note:  You can use yoghurt instead of butter if you are being good 🙂
