This is an easy and tasty dinner. And short ribs are cheap to boot and the boys love them! Great with polenta or fresh bread and greens.
1 kg of Beef Ribs
1 Tin of Tomatos
2-4 TB of Golden Syrup
Olive oil, Salt and Pepper
Garlic and a Sprig of Rosemary. You could add onion too.
It really is just a throw together dinner!
Cover in a baking disk and bake at 150 for 3 hours. or until falling off the bone. Baste every so often.
I served with soft parmesan polenta and steamed greens.
