Kiwifruit, Orange and Bourbon Glaze

Hello Christmas Ham! I had some kiwifruit that needed using and came up with this. As per usual, I didn’t measure anything so here are some estimates to make 1 jar (I think about 250-270 ml). It’s yum. And I don’t even like bourbon!

1 punnet of Golden Kiwifruit

1 Orange

1 Cup of Sugar

1/2 Cup of Bourbon (or something sweet and boozy)

Directions

Peel the kiwifruit and roughly chop.

Peel the orange with a vege peeler. Then remove the pith with a sharp knife. Chop the orange flesh.

Pop the kiwi, the orange flesh and the peel (not the pith) into a pot with sugar and booze and reduce.

Pour into sterilised jars and seal till needed.
