Salted Caramel Popcorn

So easy and so yummy!

Drop 1/12 cups of sugar into a saucepan on a low-med heat, until it starts to melt. Don’t stir. Just shake till it is gold.

Pop a bag of microwave popcorn and spread on a lined pan. (I used cooking paper + some spray)

Tip over the caramel and sprinkle with maldon sea salt. Give it a wee toss and leave to set.

Add nuts if you like.
