Black Cherry Yoghurt Cake

As you know, I don’t bake. But I had some yoghurt that needed using and the little (not so bloody little any more!) wanted cake. I also had a pack of black cherry/vanilla compote, so hey, I gave it a gave it a crack!

Take your blitzer and wizz the flowing.

2 eggs, 1/12 cups sugar, 3/4 cups of vege oil and a 1 cup of thick yoghurt.

Fold in 2 cups of sifted self raising flour.

Bake in a lined 20 cm tin @ 180 for 40-50 mins.

If you want to hit the lemon road, make a syrup with juice and sugar. And add zest to the batter. Else be lazy buy compote!
