Ridiculous! I don’t bake! Seems I have been making a lot of cakes recently though!

I had banana’s that needed using and some yogurt. Mr Google gave me some ideas. Got to love Mr Google! The neighbors loved the outcome! Husband gave it the ‘nod’ (about as good as I get!)

I am lazy and just ZZZZZ’d everything. Didn’t bother melting the butter, just used softened! Folded in the flour and tipped into the lined tin and baked @ 150 for 40 -50 mins. You will smell it.

1 cup Sugar
100g butter (melted)
3 eggs
3 bananas (more if they are little)
½ cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
150ml Greek yoghurt
2 cups SR flour
